Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable content)

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (e.g., headphones, hygiene-related products) if unsealed

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request an exchange within 14 days. Please provide photos of the issue when contacting us at office_wso@yahoo.com

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If eligible, original shipping costs will be refunded.
